Legacy Run / Walk
The annual Legacy Run winds it's way through Cornell and raises funds for the Markham Stouffvillle Hospital. This family event is open to all ages and abilities. Check this website for race route and volunteer opportunities. The route for 2009 has changed slightly, stay tuned for new route map to be posted on the www.legacy5k.ca website.

Annual Cornell Garage Sale
This popular event is a bargain-hunter’s dream come true. With tons of baby and children’s goods, furniture, knick-knacks, art, sporting goods and more, this is the day for a little clutter-control! Put out your ‘treasures’ on your front lawn at 8am and pull up a comfy chair... this is a great day to meet your neighbours too! The CRPA advertises this event in local papers, so expect big crowds from outside Cornell too!

12th Annual Cornell Picnic
The Cornell Picnic is the most highly anticipated family event on the Cornell family calendar and for good reason! The CRPA works tirelessly to raise sponsorship dollars to pay for this FREE event. Expect anything and everything from magicians, to pony rides, inflatable play zones, face painting, live music, raffles, local vendors, mini-golf, crafts and much more. And don’t miss Cornellius the Lion and the fabulous BBQ! Each year brings something new so be sure to check back as the big day draw closer to see what we have in store for 2010!

Cornell Classic Golf Tournament 2010
Golf enthusiasts of Cornell mark the date of the 2010 tournament down on your calendars! Tee offs will start at 8:00 am. The round will be followed by lunch. Non-playing guests can to join us on the 19th hole.
